Elba beats J-T to take home Section V class DD girls BB championship

   Number 2 seeded J-T with a record of 17-2 took on the number 1 seed Elba with a 20-0 record Friday night to see who would take home the SectionV trophy. Elba proved to much for J-T jumping out to a 13-4 first quarter lead. By halftime the score was 26-14. Elba again poured it onin the 3rd period end up 36-21. Final score 47-37. High scorer for J-T was Meghan Weyand with 10 pts.
