Mayor Shawn Hogan Issues Statement About Gov. Cuomo Getting Budget Done on Time

HORNELL, NY - Mayor Shawn Hogan has issued the following statement about the state budget today:
"Since Governor Cuomo took office, New York State is now on track to pass three on-time budgets – something that has not happened for decades. Further, these budgets have closed deficits that were in the billions of dollars – without new taxes or fees. This year’s budget will continue growing the state’s economy and create jobs for our families through tax cuts for the middle class and small businesses. It will also provide much needed aid to local governments by reforming binding arbitration and providing a stable rate pension option to realize savings now from Tier 6. I applaud Governor Cuomo for leading the State of New York on this path of fiscal discipline and delivering
