Some Corning Hospital Patients May Have Been Exposed To Disease

According to reports, a nurse at Corning hospital may have exposed more than 200 people to HIV and Hepatitis B and C by reusing  saline syringes.  

 

Officials say those who may have been affected, who were at Corning Hospital between October 15th and January 29th, have been notified.
Hospital officials do say that the exposure risk is low.


Hospital officials also stated that patients who were at Corning Hospital during those months, but did not receive a letter, are not at risk.
