CANISTEO/GREENWOOD, NY - There are three potential changes for voting in the Canisteo-Greenwood School District:
Eliminating voter registration,
Consolidating Canisteo and Greenwood into one voting district,
Having only a single voting location.
This topic will be discussed, and possibly voted on at the next school board meeting. According to one school board official, state law dictates that the school boards vote on this, so there will not be a public referendum.
