Webster Ambush Autopy Results Made Public

WEBSTER, NY - The Webster Police Department and the New York State Police have released autopsy results from the Monroe County Medical Examiner’s Office, and here is what they say:
Firefighter Michael Chiapperini died as a result of a single gunshot wound.
Firefighter Tomasz Kaczowka died as a result of two gunshot wounds.
The suspect, William Spengler, died as a result of a self-inflicted gunshot to his head.
There was no evidence of any other gunshot wounds to Mr. Spengler.
The remains located at 191 Lake Road are still being confirmed at this time.
State police say that as far as the weapons involved, the ATF has assisted troopers with obtaining information on the origin of the weapons, and that investigators are currently working to trace the history of the weapons and confirm how Mr. Spengler came to possess them.
