Man allegedly fired a gun toward his girlfriend
Troopers say David Scott, 47, of Granger, is accused of firing a shotgun at his girlfriend in the Town of Granger, almost hitting her with a bullet. She was examined at the hospital in Dansville for possible injuries, not caused by the gunshot.
Scott is charged with reckless endangerment and other charges, and is in Allegany County Jail, $50,000 bail.
