Bath Woman Indicted

Charges include Perjury
A Bath woman has been taken into custody on a Superior Court Warrant of Arrest.
The Steuben County Sheriff's Office is reporting that Linda Ann Trescott, 55, was indicted by a Steuben County Grand Jury on felony charges of Perjury and two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing.
Trescott was being held in the county jail awaiting arraignment.
