Numerous Animals Killed in House Fire

It happened in Canandaigua
A house fire in Ontario County has claimed the lives of more than 20 dogs, puppies and cats. The homeowners were treated for smoke inhalation.
According to reports, the homeowner is a dog breeder, and that she was able to save some of the dogs.
Firefighters say the fire appears to have started with an electrical problem with heaters that were used to keep some of the dogs warm.
