Prostitution Charge Against Eric Massa's Lawyer Has Been Dropped

PEMBROKE, NY - Former Congressman Eric Massa’s attorney James Doyle has been cleared of an alleged prostitution charge.
The Genesee County District Attorney has dismissed the prostitution charge (patronizing a prostitute) against Doyle.
The Pembroke Town Court Clerk says that the other charges: DWI, refusal to take a breathalyzer test, and unlawfully dealing with a child, as well as several vehicle and traffic violations have not been dropped.
