PEMBROKE, NY - Former Congressman Eric Massa’s attorney James Doyle has been cleared of an alleged prostitution charge.

The Genesee County District Attorney has dismissed the prostitution charge (patronizing a prostitute) against Doyle.

The Pembroke Town Court Clerk says that the other charges: DWI, refusal to take a breathalyzer test, and unlawfully dealing with a child, as well as several vehicle and traffic violations have not been dropped.
