Troopers: Suspect Found With Over 10,000 Cigarettes

AVOCA, NY - Bath State Police report that after pulling over a Campbell resident in Avoca for a routine traffic violation, that a large quantity of illegal cigarettes were discovered inside the vehicle.
Troopers are charging Robert L. Champluvier Jr., 31, of Campbell, for allegedly being in possession of over 10,000 untaxed cigarettes.
Champluvier will have to appear in Avoca Town Court at a later date.
