Two-Hour Delayed Opening for Hornell Schools

This is the normal first Wednesday of the month delayed opening
Hornell schools will once again have a two-hour delayed opening on the first Wednesday of each month during the 2010-2011 school year.
School officials say the delay is designed to give the district's teachers time to improve instruction without pulling them out of the classroom.
