Drug Bust in Allegany County
Two Rochester teens arrested
Investigation into ongoing sales of crack cocaine at various locations in the Towns of Scio and Wellsville has resulted in the arrest of two Rochester residents.
Allegany County Sheriff William Tompkins tells us that deputies executed a search warrant at a room at a motel in the Town of Scio. Deputies say they seized 21 bags of crack cocaine, along with $1390 in cash, and arrested a 16 year old and an 18 year old, both from Rochester. Both are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy. They were arraigned and remanded to Allegany County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
