Former principal gets 30 days plus probation

Colleen Argenteri, the former Hornell Intermediate School Principal, has been sentenced to 30 days in Steuben County Jail.  In addition, Mrs. Argenteri has been given 5 years probation, and must pay almost $6800 in restitiution. 

In December, Colleen Argenteri pleaded guilty to 7 counts of falsifying business records and 3rd degree grand larceny.  In August, Mrs. Argenteri was sentenced to 5 years probation and ordered to pay about $9500 in restitution after being convicted of forging someone's name in order to obtain a loan.
