It does NOT say they Blindly Back Cuomo ..it says they "HOPE NY SAFE Act will be an additional step toward helping to protect the citizens of New York State.
They also HOPE that this legislation, as administered, will allow for the speedy processing of legal gun registration " (good luck with that)
In the real world ...that means they doubt if this is a good Law.
Notice how they didn't mention how the Law was passed late at night behind our backs ..how Cuomo brushed aside the 2nd amendment and removed the Grandfather Clause that allowed us to keep our Magazines.
The NY Sheriff's Association admitted that this Cuomo Edit will only affect the Law abiding Citizen ...I wish the Police Chief's Union had the guts to admit it as well.
